Since our formation in 2000, we at frischer wind have supervised over 500 participatory processes of change in business, administration and in the public sector.

We are among the pioneers in supervising participatory processes of change with a large group format and we have made a significant contribution to the introduction of large group interventions and their advancement in the German-speaking area.

Our objective is to keep a watchful eye on the future right at the start of an intervention in order to arrive at viable solutions together. An important aspect of this is to actively include those who should contribute ideas and have a say from the outset: identification due to participation. In our projects, we look for the best method jointly with our clients and always do so pragmatically and professionally in the best tailor-made way.
